Former NFL linebacker and Super Bowl champ Jonathan Vilma — now an ESPN TV personality — is about to list his modern waterfront home at 17 Tahiti Beach Island Road in Coral Gables, Fla. for $18.5 million.
The five-bedroom property measures 8,000 square feet. Recently built, it comes with 161 feet on Biscayne Bay.
The home boasts 12-foot ceilings, floor-to-ceiling windows, an elevator, a chef’s kitchen, a home theater, and a three-car garage that can hold up to six cars if a lift is added.
There’s also a “Zen-like Asian-inspired partially covered pool and waterfall,” the listing notes.
The gated community it’s in, called Tahiti Beach Island, has only 29 residences — including the home of basketball legend Ray Allen.
